They absorb solar radiation through the absorber plate and convert it into thermal energy. The transparent cover reduces heat loss through radiation and convection, while the insulation layer further minimizes heat conduction loss, thereby efficiently heating the internal flowing working fluid (such as water or air). Compared with traditional flat plate collectors, they have advantages in flow channel design, insulation materials, absorber film layers, and structural design, resulting in higher heat collection efficiency, lower heat loss, and better overall performance. High-transparency low-iron tempered glass: Configured with ultra-white low-iron tempered glass, the light transmittance is as high as 94% ± 2%, maximizing sunlight intake; combined with double-sided coating anti-glare design, balancing light transmission and usage comfort.
All-aluminum armor body: The frame is made of aviation-grade S11 aluminum profile with a tensile strength of ≥160MPa, featuring both lightweight and high strength; the surface adopts gray metal wire drawing process, with excellent texture and strong weather resistance, resistant to wind and rain erosion.
